For 13 years, I have worked for nurseries in Kansas City. I am the marketing director for Loma Vista Nursery. A Garden Journal, is my current blog about plants at the nursery and gardens I visit. I am a member of the Garden Writers Association. I also own Botanical Shots an online plant guide featuring photographs and profiles of plants hardy in zones 4-6.

My husband and I live in the Kansas City metro area with our two children. They either keep us on the go or up nights worrying when they are on the go without us.

I would love to hear about your gardens. Please email me to share your gardening experiences.
